Can I get a refund/return my order?
Unfortunately we don't accept returns on orders, but we do offer refunds if your order has not shipped yet.
What if I put in the wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Zando market is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add Zando.mkt@gmail.com to your safe sender list.
Why Did I Get An Error Message Entering My Billing Info?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We are unable to cancel orders once placed. If you need tomodification please email us immediately Zando.mkt@gmail.com . We generally process orders in stock items immediately, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
